The Band CAMINO’s NeverAlways Tour rolled into The Anthem in Washington DC last week. This was one of the biggest shows of the tour as fans poured into all three levels of the venue. Ethan Tasch started out the night as the first opener and wow’ed everyone with his harmonica playing skills.
almost monday’s set was incredible as always. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing them multiple times over the last few years and they put in a great show. Their set this time was perfectly curated to showcase the best of their discography including singles from 2022 along with multiple tracks off of 2025’s album DIVE. Frontman Dawson Daugherty brought the energy as he danced around the stage for the entire set.

The Band CAMINO took the stage at last and surprised everyone with their opening song. For the first tour since its release, they started with “Daphne Blue” that usually ends their typical headline set. From there, they played old classics mixed with new favorites from NeverAlways. During “Hates Me Yet (222)” in the acoustic section, some of the crowd held up colored piece of paper for a fan project.
The show in Washington DC also got to hear an unreleased song called “Afterthought” that was teased on TikTok a while back. Despite it being a secret track, many fans already knew all of the words. Overall, it was such a great show from start to finish. almost monday and The Band Camino are incredible performers that do a spectacular job at bringing their discography to life. This tour wraps up later this month, but give these artists a follow to catch them in your city in 2026.
